Scientists at Oregon State University have said that having sex will improve your job satisfaction. They said that sex prevents you from being “a frustrated, pent up ball of rage;” and that having sex at home has been found to better your chances of success in the office.
In a study of 159 married couples, researchers checked twice a day for two weeks on the mood of the participants. To the surprise of few, they found that couples who had sex the day before, experienced a “morning positive effect.”
However, it should be noted that this test could reveal the reverse — that happier and more successful people are then in a mood to go home and have sex.
Keith Leavitt, an associate professor at OSU, and the lead author of the study said: “This is a reminder that sex has social, emotional and physiological benefits, and it’s important to make it a priority…”
